{ I'm Back!!! }

We had an amazing time on our cruise! Everything was soooo beautiful and the weather was great, 80's most of the time! I have to say though...that I missed my family sooooo much! I think I've learned my new max to be away from them is 3-4 days!!! We still enjoyed ourselves though! We went to San Diego, Catalina Island and Ensenada Mexico! My favorite thing I brought home was .........My $30 Valentino purse I picked up in Mexico!!!

And while I was gone Buck worked really hard with my brother and dad, on getting the drive way started and the foundation dug!!! It looks great. As soon as I got home on Saturday Buck, I and the girls drove down to the property. They were so excited to show me what they had got done! It's wonderful!

We closed on our house this morning....so now we have one week to be out! Breath in , breath out, breath in, breath out...that's what I keep telling myself! It's ok that we don't have a place to live in one week....just keep breathing.......keep packing!!!! I'll scream later when I'm not sooooo crazy busy!

Well.....it's 1 day until we leave for the scrapbook cruise and I can't wait!!!!!! SOOOOOO FUN! I know we are going to have a great time! It's also 15 days days till we have to be out of our house........and I'm gone 6 of those days!!!! I'm trying so hard to get everything done before I leave so I don't have so much to do when I get back........and we still don't have a place to live......We are almost homeless! No one wants to rent to us for just 2-3 months while we are building........It might be camper living for us after all. I hope everyone one has a great week! I will post pictures of the cruise when I get back next weekend! Think warm thoughts!!!

I found out today that one of the recipes I submitted to Gooseberry patch Catalog is going to be published in an upcoming cookbook! If your not sure what gooseberry patch is...you should check it out online. They have adorable stuff and AWESOME cookbooks. My tomato basil salad is going to be published in Fast Fix Meals in February 09!!! Fun! Fun! Fun!

This is for our neighbor girl who is having a birthday today! She is all girl...so I thought this would be perfect!!! I know.....I'm a little obsessed with growth charts lately!!! I'm not sure why, but I am loving making them!!! I asked Addy if she thought her friend would like it...she said YES! It's because it's pink and sparkly!!!

{Weekend Garage Sale Finds}

I found all of this cool old jewelry this weekend at garage sales!!! I can't wait to put it on scrapbook and craft projects! Craft show season is almost here....and I have to start making stuff now so I'm ready when November rolls around!!! The best part of this sparkly jewelry is that it only cost around $6 for all of it!!!

It's Official.....

Our house is now under contract, and we have until October 6th to move!!! Exciting and scary at the same time......this is our first house, so it'd kind of our baby. We are sad to leave...but we're leaving this house for our awesome 10 acres and a brand new house, bigger than this one. We have so much to do now....and I have to get most of it done before our cruise! Which is in 15 days!!!!! wow! I took some pictures of our house and the things in it this week to make an album, so we can remember everything we love about it.....
